We were especially pleased that our host let us spend the whole last day in the flat as our flight was scheduled for the evening. I expect this was only possible because it was not rented for the next day, but still I would like to mention it. It was very kind and our host did not even hesitate a second to grant us this concession. Thank you very much!

We (young couple) went at the end of May for a few days to explore Valencia but the apartment was so good that we were happy just enjoying spending time there and imagining the apartment was our own. Photos don't do the place justice.
Location is ideal, we walked everywhere, you can walk to Xàtiva for the metro to the airport in about 20 minutes or to the park riverbed area in under 10. Beach is further but we didn't mind.
All communication etc / being shown around by the owner's father was great from start to finish. Would stay again.

I would highly recommend this apartment! Cristina is very friendly, informative and flexible and her father kindly showed us around the place. The apartment (where we stayed 1 week, 2 persons) has a great atmosphere, is perfectly equipped, very spacious and has the great benefit of two terraces.
We really loved the location and the Ruzafa area. Nice bars, restaurants and shops are all nearby. The Turia-park (a must visit of course) is only a 5 mins walk away. You can walk to the old town, but for 4 euros you can also take a taxi. The beach is about a 10 euros taxi drive away, but a bus drive is also an option.
Concluding, we couldn't have picked a better place at a better location in Valencia. Don't hesitate, just make your reservation.

“Great apartment and location”
This apartment was lovely and comfortable. My husband and I were there in December/January with our 2 teenage daughters. Cristina met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment and gave us the keys. It was great to have Wifi. The loft bed was very comfortable and there were fold-out beds in the living room for the girls. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, bakeries, shopping and sightseeing. In addition, the market, with loads of fresh produce and fish, is only a few blocks away. There is one bathroom in the loft - it worked out fine for all of us. We really enjoyed having a cup of coffee and fresh pastries at the big table in the morning.

Su propiedad goza de una ubicacion perfecta no solo para las Fallas, como fue mi caso, sino para cualquier ocasion que desees visitar Valencia, ... A la plaza del ayuntamiento se va andando en muy pocos minutos, y a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias aun en menos tiempo todavia.
Pero lo que mas llama la atencion es el estado de conservacion del atico, ya que cuando alquilas una propiedad, siempre uno piensa en el desgaste del ir y venir de unos y otros por alli, pues bien esta todo que parece nuevo, decorado con un gusto exquisito, y con todo tipo de facilidades imaginables tanto en articulos de baño y ducha como en utensilios de cocina y menaje diverso (nos recibio incluso con gratuidades como cervezas frias en la nevera, y deliciosas naranjas de zumo)
Dos terrazas de fabula completan las calidades del inmueble. Yo por mi parte solo pienso en volver el año que viene por Fallas o incluso antes. Estuvimos maravillosamente bien alojados y agradecemos muy sinceramente la flexibilidad de Cristina a la hora de realizar el check out a una hora mas acorde con nuestro horario de regreso.

A lovely apartment with everything you need, comfortable and very modern. Some English channels, but lots of DVD's to choose from! Wifi was an added bonus, as I had brought my iPad. Good location, about 15 minute walk to Valencia city center and other attractions. A fab city great shops. Supermarkets few minutes walk, and lots and lots of cafes / restaurants close by. Great communication with owner Cristina. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in your beautiful apartment.

I confirm! A perfect place for single, couple and familys!!! A very comfortable apt, well equipped, warm and modern at the same time a perfect palce to stay. Well located, in few minutes you can walk to Turia gardens (Gulliver the best place for children), to City of Arts and Science and to old town too. There are many good restaurants in few minutes walking (Roberto, best Paella in town)! we have loved Valencia and Enviarte Home during New Year's Eve Holidays!!!! Thank you Cristina Almeida-Luna and thanks to your dad Juan the best Master of the house ;-)
"Lovely apartment that is designed to enjoy. The owner is very interested in design and that is clearly noticeable in this apartment. Personal belonging give this house a surplus you miss in other rental apartments. We felt at home from the start and staying in this apartment is a real pleasure. "L''appartement est magnifique, très bien équipée, très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et de la cité des arts et des sciences. Les deux terrasses sont des plus agréables. La déco est très stylée. Les propriétaires ont été des plus attentionnés à notre égard. Nous en gardons un magnifique souvenir et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à valence dans ce magnifique loft..."
